One of our major strategies in recent years has been to build brand awareness by designing, producing, and distributing new marketing materials. As you have probably noticed, Elgin Butler has expanded its product lines to include glazed brick and tile, natural stone, decorative tile, and ceramic mosaics. In addition to a modernized corporate identity, we have updated all our selling materials and launched new marketing tools for our distributors and other customers.

Most recently, the Elgin team responded to customer requests for an easy way to view and download product photos. The result was the unveiling of our web-based Photo Library which contains download-friendly high-resolution images of many of our products. We will continue to augment the Photo Library and other portions of the website with new features in response to subsequent requests.

In fact, in the coming year, we plan to launch a robust database-driven section of the website that houses information for architects and distributors in an area that is password-protected. We look forward to hearing from you with your feedback about the improved functionality and usability of our website.

We are also working diligently on developing and introducing new products, and ensuring that these new developments are communicated to you as frequently as possible. Look out for our regular e-newsletter, the Elgin Butler Report, as well as direct-mail postcards and other announcements introducing new product offerings.

As we continue our marketing efforts, please know we will do everything in our power to protect the deep customer, supplier, and employee relationships that Elgin Butler has developed over the years.
